About the Author
Paula Miller is a Hampton Roads author, former WTKR news anchor, former Virginia legislator, and communications professional with a lifelong passion for storytelling. Inspired by years spent taking her children to baseball games, cheering them on from the sidelines, and enjoying time together on the golf course, she created Gordy’s stories to encourage kids to try new things, build confidence, and create lasting family memories. Today, her son is a Major League Baseball scout—a reminder of just how far a childhood love of sports can grow!
